Returns + Exchanges

At Cali Culture, every tee is printed to order especially for your little human. While we work closely with our production team to ensure accuracy, very occasionally human error can occur. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a defect or has been incorrectly fulfilled (wrong design, colour, size, or a printing error), we will replace or reprint the item at no cost to you.

To organise a replacement, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the full garment

  • Your order number

Once received, we’ll arrange a reprint and have it sent straight to you.


Change of Mind

Because each item is printed to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

‘Change of Mind’ includes, but is not limited to:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong colour or design

  • Preferring a different fit or style after receiving the item

We provide detailed size guides to help you choose the best fit before ordering.


Colour & Print Variation

Colours may vary slightly between screens and the final printed garment. Minor variations in colour or print placement are not considered defects.
